  Climbing Merit Badge

WHO:   Scouts 13 years or older who have earned
                the First Aid Merit Badge.

WHEN:   Four different classes!

Saturday,  September 22                   8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Saturday,  October 6                           8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Saturday  November 3,                      8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Saturday  December 1,                       8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

WHERE:   Vertical Endeavors Indoor Rock Climbing Facility
                      off East 7th Street and Forest Street in St. Paul.

FEE:  $39.99 which includes all gear and material. Scouts should bring the Climbing Merit Badge book and should have already read it. Most of the material on the written test comes from that book and if thoroughly read and understood, the Scout will easily pass the written test.

Registration: Call Vertical Endeavors to reserve a spot
                             in a class at 651-776-1430.
 

The ScoutingBSA.org web site is a legacy site of the Viking Council BSA, now Northern Star Council.  
This site was the original council site and was active from 1996 to 2002 and run by volunteers.  As the web became more important to Scouting, the council took over with paid staff.  This site is no longer maintained but is an interesting snapshot of an early Scouting web site.    You can share your comments
